A wear-resistant layer can be deposited around the blade roller and fixed blade.

Design Features
As a standard configuration, the V-rotor is suitable for crushing most types of plastics. The V-shaped moving blade arrangement, combined with the fixed blade, forms bidirectional shear from both ends of the rotor towards the middle, and the material is correspondingly concentrated towards the middle of the box to avoid material accumulation on both sides, reduce energy consumption, minimize wear on the cutting tool and both sides of the box, and increase production. The open rotor design increases the internal capacity of the box, ensuring smooth material flow and reducing dust generation; At the same time, it also increases the internal air volume, keeping the equipment running at room temperature and avoiding damage to components caused by high temperatures. According to different production needs, 3-jaw, 5-jaw, 7-jaw, and 9-jaw rotors are available for selection; The VS rotor with the moving knife placed on the back of the loading knife holder is more suitable for crushing lightweight materials.
Compared with the standard V-rotor, the semi open heavy-duty C-rotor has higher strength, greater inertia and impact force, making it more suitable for handling materials that are difficult to crush. Supported by a high-strength solid tool holder, the moving blades arranged in a spiral staircase form work together with the fixed blades to form a uniform cutting pattern during operation, which is very suitable for crushing plastic sheets, profiles, and cables with high hardness or considerable thickness; The current fluctuation is smaller, ensuring the stability of the equipment in the long-term crushing of high-strength materials. The moving knife can be replaced piece by piece according to its wear condition, shortening maintenance time and reducing maintenance costs. According to the model and production requirements, 3-jaw, 5-jaw, and 7-jaw rotors are available for selection.
